This tool was developed from Cumdi's needs to verify the quality of the machining (roundness, camber, circular oscillation). Accurate, practical and easy to use on the workshop machine. The controlled quality of the cylinder makes your machining easier.

Technical characteristics

Strong and rigid structure with a grooved cast-iron angular base, V-shaped supports, easy to use, extremely easy and quick adjustment. The gauge is always aligned with the axis of the piece. By positioning several gauges you can make checks on multiple points of the same piece. Fitted with a plexiglass cover to protect the instrumentation. Total weight 75 kg.

Cumdi is pleased to present the evolution of the former SC 50/500. The new instrument, which was developed thanks to Cumdi's many years of experience in working with hard metal, is designed to facilitate checking through the use of laser measurement.

Technical characteristics

• Rigid structure in stabilized cast iron, with v-shaped supports aligned pieces and easy positioning.
• Carriage with precision guides that bears the v-shaped piece supports and the motorised device for rotating the piece with an adjustable speed drive wheel controlled by an inverter.
• Movement of the piece holding carriage through the laser meter for a wide range of lengths, from 40 mm to 350 mm.
• Micrometer-resolution verification of: diameter / camber / circular oscillation / conicity (taper) / reduction / concentricity.
